Which is true?
You are not you anymore once you lose your memories your memories make up who you are they are a part of your identity and when you lose you memories that part of you dies.
The above isn't true because a computer is still the same computer even if you wipe all the memory from it.
Question: If you believe in god and you lose your memory which part of you goes to heaven? The one who had memories or the one who kept living with their memories gone? When you die you no longer have memories, because your dead so how can you go to heaven? If you say your soul carries all your memories that is just immature.

It's not as simple as you make it seem to be.
Cause your identity is created by actions, environment, parents, people around you, everything.
But your body will stay the same if you lose your memories.
Me and you are'nt defined by our looks, name, etc. But we are defined by our minds.
So if you have a completely brain-reboot, the changes of you becoming the person you were before is impossible.
As for the question; I don't believe in any religion, but asides to that i would'nt know! Who would? - You can't prove or disprove what happens when you after death.
