9 Hours is a Long Time for Maintenance
Why they do this?
I mean I wake up at around 2 or 3 PM PST but still...
Editing my original so I can respond to everyone in one place and so I don't revive this thread. I don't enjoy negative threads and I don't enjoy being bashed for no reason. This way those who I need to be addressed can see this;
First of all, thank you @SadVirgin you explained what I did not understand about the maintenance. This thread should have been over after your response. I made this thread because I know little to nothing about computers and I know many of you here do understand computers so I wanted to understand why this is taking 9 hours. In my mind due to my lack of knowledge of computers I thought they were just plugging in more machines in and that was that.
@fmonglobal: Thank you for understanding, I was just trying to get the most information possible.

REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT SHE READ IT, SHE DIDN'T EXPLICITLY HIGHLIGHT ANY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE PATCH NOTES TO LEAD US TO BELIEVE THAT SHE DID READ IT AND SHE CHOSE TO DO THE OPPOSITE. ITS FAIRLY EASY TO FEIGN IGNORANCE ONLINE OR MISS KEY COMPONENTS TO PROPERLY CONVEY YOUR MESSAGE. BY WRITING "WHY THEY DO THIS" AS A STANDALONE STATEMENT IT LEADS PEOPLE TO BELIEVE SHES IGNORANT OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PATCH AND THEREFORE LEADS US AS THE READER TO THE CONCLUSION THAT SHE DIDNT READ ANYTHING AND THE BACKLASH IS ENTIRELY HER FAULT. the reason he "assumed" that the TS didnt read the maintenance note is because the TS didnt say anything about it, she literally just said "why they do this" meaning she DID NOT know why the maintenance was 9 hour meaning SHE DID NOT READ the note. had she read the note prior, she wouldnt started the thread in the first place.

It's not hard to tell how a person is just by listening to what they say and see what they do, and that's what I do.
Server hardware upgrade means they remove one server and try to run both worlds on less resources. Nexon gotta save money where they can.
