yeah there really not worth much,i would say 3mil max if you're lucky. even the reverse weapons are like only 3-8mil. mainly because there is no reverse set effect and there was an event that dropped a lot of reverse equips. also because tempest equips are a good price for the effects it gives for people under level 140, and people rather buy empress/lionheart sets when they are 140+
No one in their right mind should be buying or wearing reverse armor for stats. I'd say 1m sounds good.
