Whats the longest time you got your ticket responded to?
I personally waited patiently for 6 months for my ticket response. During this time I was really upset about their customer service because the GMs were all so "busy"...
But... they finally answered it!
What about you guys?
How long has it been since Nexon [b]hasn't[/b] replied to your ticket?
Or what was the longest time it took for Nexon to reply?

I had to wait for my false permanent ban appeal for 6 months, it was worth the wait though since I'm out in a few days!
3 months to get my false ban ticket
my false ban lasted 1 month...
it didn't matter anymore -.-
