Pc build, asking for tips and improvements

Hey guys, I'm planning to build a PC very soon, and I need some help (I'm new to building PCs). I need a PC that can run LoL, CS:GO, and other similar games smoothly preferably at high settings. I have a budget of $550 and I want to get the best bang for my buck. I have a build I have made which I will link below.

Build -http://pcpartpicker.com/p/s9jPQ7

On my build, I was wondering if I should change my CPU to a AMD x4 750k instead of the Fx6300. Also, I was wondering what this message means "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs." Any advice and tips on the build would be much appreciated! Just another gamer looking to make a desktop to enjoy games on while on a budget.

Thanks!

PS - I have the OS, monitor, and everything else, just need the tower.

Edit - I live in VA o:

I tweaked some of your parts around. With the bios update thing, it's fine if you boot it up. I've used the same processor and motherboard for a friend's build and their computer is still fine a couple months later. I changed the motherboard since you don't need a really high end one. I found a better graphics card that could fit inside your case and can fit nice and snug on your motherboard. I changed the ram to a faster speed at the cost of about $4 more but hey, fast is good. With those price changes I was able to add a aftermarket fan, the hyper 212 evo. I've built 6 pcs so far and I've had a 212 evo on all of them and they work wonders and right now they're having a $10 mir which is even more nice. I don't know much about wireless networking but above poster mentioned T-Link so I found a usb wireless adapter. It's a usb adapter so if you don't like usb ones, let me know and I can add a pci adapter instead so it's more "built in" and you won't have to use a usb port, although your motherboard is going to have plenty of ports. Your PSU isn't that bad at the price you're getting it for. Hard drive is pretty standard and so is your cd drive. Total after everything is $558.67 so it's a little over your budget by a few bucks so if you want anything changed to fit your budget to the trim let me know.

If you need any further assistance tag me and I'll respond asap.
First off, get rid of that trash wireless adapter
get a TP-Link cause it's cheap and make sure you have at least b/g/n if not b/g/n/ac (of course you need a router that supports n or ac wifi)
there are probably cheaper motherboards with BIOS updates already
keep the CPU, get an aftermarket CPU cooler like the Cooler Master TX3 cause that thing runs really hot
get a r9 270/ r7265/ 750 ti on sale, all beat the r7 260x
if you wanna shave some money off the hard drive you can opt for the Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Thanks for all the tips! Could you reccomend me a reliable motherboard with the update already, would be much appreciated.

What is that supposed to mean? BF4? That's kinda similar to CS GO.

Also what state do you live in. Taxes and shipping are a concern for your budget.

If you can afford the fx-6300 then go for it. You should get the 750k or the g3258 if your budget is below $500.
Your build is pretty solid.

edit: to above 270 will cost you around 140+ 750ti would be 130+. Unless you can get great deals his budget wont allow him to go much higher.
