70 at 1:200= 14b
70 at 1:250 = 17.5b
anyways, with those mesos you could buy ra items already uni usually 1-3b and scroll it yourself using innocent scrolls, clean slates & spell traces
if you plan on getting a tyrant cape, farm nut coins to use the icog
