How do i get echo of the hero?
I got level 200 on my evan today, and i accepted the quest to get echo, got to the island, and i cant speak to afrien, as shown in my image. He is the one who is supposed to give me echo right?

AYEEEE i hit 200 on mine yesterday , but ya storylines are a must to get it

Pretty sure you just go to orbis 8th floor, I did it today with no prequests and it took 1min.
finish all ur prequest 1st, some might be glitched
