Ele-staff anvil glitch
I anvil'd my fafnir staff to look like an ele-staff 5. Now, i am dealing far less damage than i was before i anvil'd. Is it possible the ele-staff passive is now on my fafnir?

Edit: http://imgur.com/WBUfcwF I anvil'd my staff again, and my dmg is back to normal. So confirmed i guess haha.
Edit 2: http://imgur.com/TWwUWCn in this ss, i have a lower range than i did in my ss with the anvil'd ele 5, but im still doing much higher damage.
Edit 3: According to @Sungoon and @sjo0426, the decreased damage is displayed improperly on the client's side. You still deal the damage you are supposed to, its just that only you see the numbers that you would deal if your damage was penalized by the ele-staff effect. Everyone else sees the proper damage.

COMPLETELY off topic buuuuuut... Oh mergerd @ConeFail I didn't know anyone besides JengaFis, andaiboy or myself funded/mained a bishop in GAZED LOL. Kinda happy to know there's another contender when I PSOK my stuff from 0o0Abadon0o0 to my BW in the next few weeks ^~^

OP, SUNGOON IS RIGHT! I asked a friend to tell me what dmg he saw when i was attacking a monster in leafre with vegeance and full AA. I was seeing 2.1mil's, he was seeing 2.6..., and for genesis i saw 4.2mils he saw just over 5mils... so the damage is registered as normal, and seen as normal by others, but from your perspective you are hitting less.

Maybe its only ele staff 5? Im not sure, but my damage surely dropped.

Range changes with stacks of AA, i just checked.

I don't understand... so if both a friend and I were to record a boss run we do together, my damage in his recording would be higher ?
I can confirm that this reduced damage is apparent to only you. Everyone else will see that you're doing normal damage. I tested this with my friend recently
the first screenshot doesn't seem like aa is on. the second one does. unless nexon changed something, the %boost/decrease doesn't show up on range
Wait so does this apply to wands too...? I can't remember my damage before but I anvilled my sweet h20 wand into an eleventual wand nearly two months ago...
The range is different in both screenshot, obviously the dmg outcome is different then lol.
Sadly doesn't do much for me atm no point in boosting fire dmg

I would test it out, but the awesomeness of my old wooden staff far exceeds the value of 10% dmg

Perhaps you can send a ticket to Nexon with these pictures and get refunded?
