Is it worth switching from a bishop to a f/p?

Basically the tittle, I just want to know if it's worth it i'm level 201 and probably won't be doing too much training so i'm mainly looking for a comparison boss wise and if flame haze and mist eruption is stronger and faster to kill bosses than angel ray with Righteously Indignant on. Also to tell the truth i might switch back eventually just because i prefer the gameplay on a bishop but i still want to know

@iProxD: it was this one looks like the FP's just throwing out some candles. plus, the old one allowed the user to actually pin the boss as it did six physical hits that were split evenly for the duration of the animation... whereas with the new Paralyze, if you look carefully, the skill only hits the boss three times which means a mobile boss can move before you're done casting the skill. i found this out the hard way while trying to boss at showa :[ i could hold the boss against the wall with the old para.. new one just let me down.
FPs are actually really well rounded with mobbing. They have more lines than a Bishop does and don't need to worry about constantly toggling skills (like Genesis) to be able to spam attack. Plus, you have a great variety of skills at your disposal whether training or bossing.

Idk, as fun as it was, it got boring for me after a bit... I still felt too slow on the training side and I just didn't really want to continue. I wasn't too keen on its new animation I lost my beloved Paralyze after RED.
Purple paralyze was best colored paralyze

@Mesmus: I think it's due to the fact that people have to manage a rotation to maximize DPS is a turn off when playing Maplestory. I also think because F/P is an explorer class so not many people tend to play it.
At level 200 with 400k range self buffed, I can hit 33mil a line with Mist Erruption. I love how much damage a F/P mage can do with so little funding. <3 I definitely suggest playing F/P if you're going for damage, but stay Bishop if you like the utility.
Or, you could just make a F/P mage separate from your Bishop...

I like your opinion, I already have a level 176 f/p but I won't main it because it would just be cheaper switching my bishop instead of trying to transfer everything. Instead of doing all of this I'm thinking of just leveling my f/p to 200 to see if i like it and if I don't...well at least i made another character to 200 lol.

Yet they are very rare to find in game. Not like managing dots is difficult lol.

I switched from F/P to Bishop and found that F/P is a lot better for bossing. Maybe I'm not playing Bishop right but the inability to telecast Angel Ray along with having no Elemental Decrease as well as having to switch off Righteously Indignant to clear mobs makes everything a lot harder in my opinion. That's also excluding the fact that Flame Haze + Myst Eruption does way more damage.
You will do much more damage if you switch. F/P gets that hyper at 195 that pretty much let's them flame haze myst eruption back to back.
They get it at 155!

Honestly, the only reason I haven't switched to F/P yet is because I am not strong enough, and also because I am still training currently. Bishop also has a better gameplay so yeah. But F/P has way more bossing capacity so if you really want too, go ahead
