Tenacious Knight Pauldron Recipe
I need the Tenacious Knight Pauldron for a quest, but unfortunately it can only be crafted through the recipe. I have no idea where to obtain it ... please note that this is NOT the Tenacious Noble Pauldron Recipe which makes a level 110 shoulder (very common drop), rather the level 100 shoulder.
I heard from somewhere a while back that it is only attainable through Mystery Recipes, but is that still the case? Can someone with the Clairvoyant medal please tell me how they got their shoulder? Thankss! (:

Your best bet is to hope to find one randomly in the fm one day at the moment

I actually have 40 PvP badges, so crafting it isn't my worry. Obtaining the recipe, however ...

Yea, you can only get it from Mystery Recipes... and it can only be crafted with PvP badges (Which cant be obtained anymore). But the shoulder AND recipe are 100% tradable, which is nice. I ended up having to buy my shoulder for 1b </3
