Windia or Scania
These are the 2 most populated worlds and during school on a rare occasion I decide to come on, if i log on to convo with people I don't want to show up to an empty world. So which one?

Scania would be your best bet. MapleStory worlds are slowly dying, and within a couple years Windia will be underpopulated as well.
I play in Windia. Since EunWol release, i met like 50 people through maple chat (yes that thing that is super dead in almost every world, but it's decently alive in Windia (i cant speak for Scania bc i never played in that world)). Out of those 50, I talk to at least 10-15 on the daily. So I'd say Windia is relatively easy to make friends in.

I say don't talk famous ppl in scania to much drama from them
Avoid "TheLeader" and you should be fine in Scania

Scania has waaay too many people imo.
Windia's just about right for me.
There's a site to see which is more populated. Scania's more populated, of course. I'd say Scania... just meet the right people and avoid the wrong ones...
