An Evan with half your range and 45% bossing 95% PDR hits max on most bosses.
Range is nice to hit max on normal mobs, but if you're gonna be bossing with an Evan, you don't really need half that range. =/
Can't remember when to hit max, but officially hit max magic range (pre-bb) at ~lvl160 i think?

And pretty much main skills (except Illusion) all hit max with critical and main fire type skills all hit max non critical on fire weak targets ever since

first time I hitted dmg cap, I was lvl 130 on my paladin, dmg cap was 199k , I did it with Thorns and mw 30 on a skelegon
Well, I think it was during this event where everybody hit 999,999 damage....
