all my 14 character never even one of them got the A rank
I'm sure it's a very rare chance, because out of around 60 times, I've not gotten a single A rank Nebulite.
i got it on one character on all my 37 in 2 days, so i got 1 out of 1/74
gonna do it now to test my luck again
