Gamestop and BestBuy question
Just wondering if my parents got me a game from bestbuy and its unopened, will I be able to exchange it at my local gamestop for another game? If not do you think there's a chance they could let me considering that I am pretty much good friends with everyone there

If you have some dignity, never buy/trade used games at gamestop
even us pirates wouldn't fall that low
I believe gamestop's policy is that if it's unopened, it can be returned for a full refund in either 7 or 30 days (can't remember which). It has to be unopened though.
I'd imagine you need the receipt.
If you're good friends with them you probably know their trade in system obviously does not work like that. You want them to bend their rules because you know them? I would fire my employees for that and they would probably get fired as well. Sounds completely illegal trying to do sketchy stuff under the table. Do you even have an ounce of understanding that the games don't belong to the employees? They can't just do whatever they want with the company's property. Are you like, mentally.. not that bright, kid?
And Happy Holidays, friend. Stop trying to get rid of gifts your parents got you when you don't deserve squat, you ungrateful brat.
Someone didn't get what they wanted for Christmas. No need to take it out on Basil..
they don't owe you anything at all.
OT: don't put your friends in that position. I don't think you see it, and I'm not saying you are, but doing something like that would make you a bad person.
All I'm saying is they could be more reasonable, at 25 for the bundle I probably would of let them have them and would have got a game or two, and we both would have benefited.
Gamestop is ridiculous and would offer you 1/3 the price, if that unless its a very recent release, I wanted to exchange a bunch of games at gamestop (easily $60+ value to them, they offered me in credit $15)

Well there's no harm in trying, but it's unlikely. Stop at GameStop first, if not head to Best Buy
that's true, but If anything ill avoid best buy for now because of the traffic on the highways...
Kind of figured, just wanted to avoid the traffic and gamestop is literally 3miles away which is nothing. Only asked because I know the employee's there very well, like we usually go out and do things like wing night, fight night, ect... so yeah haha

Best bet is Best Buy and returning it.
