Stars in Reboot?
Since you have to get your gear in Reboot and cannot buy from anyone, where do we get stars such as ilbi, and steely's ect from?

Since you have to get your gear in Reboot and cannot buy from anyone, where do we get stars such as ilbi, and steely's ect from?

Do NLC quests to get icees or do what the others said and buy those stars from npc shops. Then just farm for illbis later on with 2x drop.
Ilbi drop from monsters, you should use the X2 events to farm them. The spots I've had luck are dual birks and lycanthropes.
use like Oranges and Paper Planes from Japan until you can farm. also, since it's 2k15, Stars are so much less important since they provide middling weapon attack compared to way back when.
Monster drops, unfortunately. I heard you can buy Kumbi's in NPC shops though. It will be kinda difficult for anyone to get ilbi so your damage won't be too different from other NL's.
