Cannon Shooter Oddjob
I'm testing an interesting Cannoneer oddjob in Tespia.
Basically, you use pistols without bullets and shoot cannonballs from them. (yes, you actually shoot cannonballs from pistols).
You use dex as your main stat, and str as your secondary.
I'm not sure if you can use any skills yet, as I'm only level 23 and you cannot use the first job ones.
I think this will be a fun oddjob, and encourage people to try it out when cannoneers are released.
Also, if people have any name ideas for this class, feel free to post them.
EDIT: In second job, monkey magic, critical fire, and pirate training work.
EDIT: As you've probably guessed Gee187 is helping me with this. We're going to make cannoneers to try this out soon.

what o.o since when? But still, it should still work, we will find out soon. Sorry we couldn't find out during the time tespia was open.

I'm sorry, I posted the first thing before we got to look at 3rd job skills. I know you can use most buffs except booster of course, and the summons will obviously work. I imagine that a few attacking skills in the 3rd job (monkey madness MAYBE and probably monkey wave). We do not know for sure, but because they involve the monkey, we feel they will work with any weapon, much like the wild hunter moves that involve the jaguar. We do not fully believe monkey madness will work, but I have a strong feeling about monkey wave
Just did a skill check, it appears in third job there are attacking skills using the monkey. Meaning you can attack with them. This class WILL work! =D
What sucks about this is so far we can't find any attacking skills that work, and probably wont
I probably won't make it to 4th, because tespia is closing soon, but I'll try to at least make it to 3rd!
Sounds interesting. I'm sure most of the summons work. I haven't bothered downloading tespia, so I really can't see. I'd suggest You make a regular CS and get up to third job and just use a pistol and see what skills work.

Um no for cannoneer there MAIN Stat is STR Not DEX Your just doin it wrong
