My secondary weap

I am currently using a shield that has 15%PDR and another 15% PDR from a neb.
And I recently cubed a secondary weap with 8% Crit, 3% M.atk and a neb that gives 3% Total dmg. (a boost of 2.1k from the shield)

Which one would be better for me?
I currently have 71% PDR.

1.I'm usually at HoH, I rarely ever boss.
2.71% before the shield, 101% after the shield
3.15% Boss, 50% total Crit without the 2nd weap, 58% with. 9% Magic without the 2nd weap, 12% with. I have 463m.atk clean, 495 buffed.
