You can buy UGC from their official site, Playspan. I've never bought NX anywhere else.

Omg? Wow.. I didn't know they have kind of bad reputation. I have spent about $500 on that website buying ultimate game cards. And so far I did not encounter any problem at all. They even upgraded me to bronze member now.
To buy NX, I first top up their store credit (get 5% extra credit), then I get another 5% discount on the game cards I purchase, in the end I'm actually buying 1k NX for less than $1 all these times. All the transactions were done through Paypal though.
I would say I really love it because it gave me the cheapest NX I could find! But well.. that link scared me

They're legit. I've used them for UGC a few times.
