Post Red Skill Build

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there's any updated, post-red skill build guide available for buccs 3rd and 4th job. (3rd job especially since that's where I'm stuck right now ^_^)
If anyone can post their build it'd be greatly appreciated.
The only one I could find was ayumilove's, but apparently it's horrible.
