How so? It requires skill. It requires teamwork (doesn't seem like it, but there is a lot going on between the two batsmen as well as the bowler and the catcher). Yes it can be boring at times, but honestly, only the test matches are really boring. The ODIs are intense. If anything is dumb, it's you for making ignorant remarks without reason.

Started watching cricket the 2007 world cup and sri lanka lost in finals and now today they lost in the finals again.

Lol I will agree that a lot of our players can be snobs, but hey, at the end they still won and winners are winners. Nonetheless, you can't deny they played great (especially Dhoni and Ganbir), and that Tendulkar is one of the greatest cricketers who ever lived (though he didn't have the best game).

I sense sarcasm, so let me just say that India is not always the best cricket team. It's a very intense sport. Australia has won it for the past 3 years, so if they won again then you could say that. Also, Sri Lanka had an amazing team and were very close to winning. They had amazing chances, and even I was doubting my own country because I knew Lanka was good. So this victory is not something pedestrian, and is actually very exciting. Maybe if you actually watched or knew anything about the sport you would know that...
