There's really just no point in selling them for 500k each. Waste of time duping, I'm not sure why people did that in the last dupe. Yes windia had some, but the windians are greedy with their duped scrolls. It's like 50x more expensive than in scania.
There were hundreds of duped A rank nebs, most of them %boss, and Unique Pot scrolls in Windia at least, probably mroe
If Broa and Bera were you can bet Windia was. Even Renegades had some dupes in it.
