This is the same Nexon that has been running GMS since..what... late 2005? I'm surprised people are catching on to this so slowly. I have been around since v.26 and realized how money-hungry they are, they don't answer your tickets and they definitely don't care about the people. They send AUTOMATED messages for months until you finally get a half-baked answer. They don't care whether you made those mesos or those items, they are simply going on the fact that maybe you made too much of it and decided to hellban you, [i]because they can and it's free[/i]... right?
They don't care that they are in charge of the game, they just drool over your parents money.
This is why there should be something going on for a change, I'm sure even Wizard101 has better player support than Maplestory.
Wonder if they care about the money they aren't making off me right now.

hell bans usually take 1-2 weeks for them to go through all the accounts.
you're lucky, there was one hell ban after a major meso exploit where all the players who were hell banned had ALL their mesos wiped out from their account except for 10k.
GOD I just want to transfer my equips back to my main and buy potions so I can play the game! >
