I have a hot time question
So my question is if the ap reset scroll, sp reset scroll, and the storm growth potion are movable within the account!
Please do answer my question, oh wise basilmarket community!

Option1: Get everything on your mercedes, (and transfer the AP and SP reset scrolls if needed.) You won't need to transfer the tiara, but you'll have to use the +1 level-up on your mercedes instead of your bishop
Option2: Get everything on your bishop, (and transfer the AP and SP reset scrolls if needed.) Use the storm growth potion on your bishop, and buy the "Item Share Tag," (or w/e it's called,) to transfer the tiara. It'll most likely cost less than Scissors of Karma (I'm guessing around 2k NX,)
So if you think the 1 Extra level on your bishop is worth that 2k NX, then do hot-time on your bishop.

Is the ap reset in the shop movable in the account?

That is true.... But I'd love to have the tiara on my mercedes And this wouldn't be happening if I knew for sure the AP reset is available for storage movement
I don't think the Storm Growth has much value; it's only one level that you can make up for. I do think the AP reset is moveable (I'm still not sure, but the SP resets are, so I'm assuming the AP are as well). The tiara isn't though, so I'd go on your Mercedes and transfer the AP reset (assuming you can).

I think last time the storm growth was untradeable. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't think the potion was moveable for Chaos, unless I'm remembering incorrectly.
I doubt they are
Probably since the ones from the Legend shop are.
