Maple randomly crashes

I do not know why, but the game randomly crashes! I'm just walking around, then BOOM I crash. Am I the only one getting these crashes

My irl friend has this problem as well!
It always tells him that his account is under inspection or someone is logged on!

Yes I am on a mercedes AND have a familiar..... I presume the familiar is the cause
