Are you sure? What if he wants to level one character today and a different character tomorrow? Does it matter then if it's permanent or 7 days?

It doesn't say when it expires, one day you wanna train and Nexon ninja kicks you with making the Pendant expire.
Untradable. Choose wisely on which char you want the pendant to go on.
