Maple Warrior
I have Maple Warrior maxed out at 30. I remember one time when Maple Warrior could be leveled beyond 30. For example, some people had Maple Warrior 31, 32, 33, 34, etc. I'm wearing full empress set (which gives all skills +2) yet my Maple Warrior is still level 30. What happened? Does this only apply to skills that aren't maxed out yet?

Dumb question. How did people get it up to 33? The Azwan thingy?
How about the Leafre Set in the Crusader Codex?
Empress set only applies to unmaxed skills. Like above stated only Combat Orders can increase it, to a max of 32.
