How hard is it to get an item worth a lot of mesos from the suprise box? Like how much would I have to spend most likely and would it be worth it?

It really depends on how luck you are. If you have disposable income I recommend trying it.

My friend spent 68k nx on suprise boxes and only made 4b LOL.
I bought 4 and made 1.2b tho..
Its very hit and miss. For example getting a death's scythe will net you atleast 4b. But you could also get a nekomata which is less than 50m. Thats why you'll see some people have like 20 smegas. People open a lot of boxes, usually if you see a lot of smegas from the same person means either they're really lucky or they're spam opening boxes. Thats typically how people make mesos off surprise boxes.
