So it's basically, after you get the dex Schrodinger and the Pointy Captain totems, it's a toss up between the 16 all stat 5 att totem, and the 28 luk 12 att totem? Don't forget that you can also get the four pillar totems still and the Mighty Joe Joe totem gives 20 dex and 6 att. That would probably be better since the luk isn't going to do much for you.

Edit: Oh I misunderstood which totems you already had. If you don't have the pointy captain totem then get that one. 22 all stats and 7 attack is going to beat having 28 luk that does nothing for you, just for 12 attack.
