They deleted my Legit drk, level 185 dragonskin68.
If you've known me in Bera, you know of my powerful influence, so Nexon officially has screwed themselves.
BTW, if you knew me, PM me for my new character until drk is -forcibly- restored by this ignorant company ^^.

That's right... and no, there is no flaw.
The ToS states that the mods don't even need a reason to ban you or delete your characters/account (not that they wouldn't without a proper reason). Also in the ToS, when you charge NX to your account, you do so at your own risk. If you are banned and have NX on your account, too bad. There are no refunds and you lose whatever you had.
And, without reading it, you agreed to it. Legally speaking, you have no ground to stand on if you attempted to sue them. They have their bases covered with that ToS and it's your fault for not reading it.
So yeah... all the people threattening legal action? Hahaha... good luck.

Your title is misleading. It implies that from this point on Nexon will never fail again.
They may have failed you for the last time, but there are many more fails that the rest of us are still waiting to experience.

You can't sue them, in their ToS you agreed that everything in the account is theirs and that you just sign up to have access to it. You also agreed that they can do whatever they want with it without asking/notifing you.
