Circulators and Inner Ability
I'm trying to get the +1atk speed inner ability and just wanted to ask if people thought it was better to mass buy the cheap circulators or if it is worth it to save up for (and hope they appear in the shop) the better ones.

It'll take you a lot of the cheap ones if anything.. But I never did get other then a C rank with 8, 9, and 10..I personally only use 5 and below besides the rank 6's I get from leveling up.
