Where is my nexon account

i took a break from maple for two or three months and havent tried logging on since. i was just going back on my account, but i couldnt log on, so i tried sending a reset message to my mail (im certain that its my nexon mail account). but even after trying several times, i still cant get my password reset letter. what can i do about this?
im sure that i havent been banned - ive never hacked and you can still see my characters on the rankings. but how can i get on my account? any help is appreciated!
