@evaforever: im confused then how would getting the books now benefit you unless you use them. but don't you have to level up the skill before you activate the skill?
like I have 0 SE but if that book will give me the most value why should i get it? unless it ups the skill without putting points?

I got Sharp Eyes since I believe it's worth the most and because I already have Snipe 30. Still have to find an Piercing Arrow 30
