I need some help with an item bug
Previously, I had a Ravenhorn Baselard with an item guard. I successfully transposed the baselard into a sweet water dagger. The item guard had also transferred to the item, but when mousing over the item, it does not display when the item guard deactivates. I have made tickets on bug reports, but now It doesnt look like I can file a ticket, and can only post on the forum. I would like to have this fixed, what do you think is the best way to go about this? I have made about 5 posts on the bug report forum, but no action has been taken.

@CycloneShad: Uh well I've never done it but when I submitted a ticket a couple days ago about reciving a ball cape thing instead of a grin ring there was a thing in the bottom right corner telling me that I can chat with someone right now for support.
Thanks, I actually found out i can submit a ticket @aeswag, do you know how the livechat works?
I would do that live chat thing with someone from Nexon and tell them about this so that they take a look at it right away. Other than that it'll probably end up getting fixed randomly in like the next year or two so you could wait it out...
