I'm aiming for $15 or less, but $10 over wouldn't matter if it's an amazing keyboard in your eyes.

If your budget is that low, get this [url=http://www.walmart.com/ip/Logitech-Keyboard-K120/15050908]$7 keyboard[/url]. But IDK of any wireless keyboards in your price range.
$15? Are you insane? You'll need at least 25 for a decent one.
I don't think you can find any good keyboard, whether it be wired or wireless, under $15.
None. Get wired. If you choose to continue to be a peasant any keyboard would do, its wireless anyways at $15 you aren't going to get anything worth while.
