Mercs and Phantoms were terribly underpowered.

Mercedes and Phantoms are already underpowered. They're... workable... but they're not exactly amazing anymore. I think Mercedes and Phantom are weaker than a lot of adventurer classes, and weaker than Hayato/Kanna even with their hypers.

Hits 8 enemies 4 times. And yes not a big change but at least is something for mercs and phantoms
technically they did make mille 1.5X stronger assuming the increase in speed is true
Too insignificant. Wished they made Mille Aiguilles 1.5x as strong.
