Xenon Crit Rate
Hey guys, so I've been putting more and more funding into my xenon, and I noticed my crit rate is pretty low, considering the funding I've put into it.
I have:
5% base
15% phantom link lvl 2
40% buff
10% dSE
for a whopping total of 70%
Does anyone have any suggestions for more crit rate?
I've considered nebs, but I found that pdr and boss % nebs are better, so I've added those.
PS on a side note, has anyone found any nebs that fit into the hybrid heart?

Thanks for your help guys, and for the record. I'm not complaining. This is the first character I've seriously funded and I'm trying to reach as many peaks as possible, one of which is 100% crits.
If it turned out that it's not possible, I would say, "alright well I tried" and be done with it. What I wanted to know was: is there a feasible way of doing it?

typical guy right here, 70% crit not enough for mister and whine.
you know theres some classes out there with only like 20-30% crit rate and they deal with it?...
anyway, to answer your question, when you get to lvl 198, you get the hyper critical (10%)
theres also the marksman char card as someone above 3-4% rank s and ss.
theres also inner ability, i dont know the highest.
and wolfrider mentioned the crit ring in red, but for that you gonna have to create a new char to get the ring, if it does come to gms.
Uhm get the crit ring when red arrives. It gives 15% crit rate and i'll get 100% with that one so waiting for it nowxD
IA (15% at Unique), Marksman Card (3% at S Rank, or level 100) and Hyper Critical (10% at level 198).

70 is pretty chill dude it's not low
