Second, which Mihile book should i get from the event, i.e. which one costs more?

Expert Sword Mastery
I would say the ones that would help a lot; Lv 70 I chose Adv FATK and 120 I chose Sword Expert.
Special Mastery Book doesn't work for Mihile, just saying. (because he's still considered a Cygnus Knight)
