So I was doing Monster Park during 2x on my Kaiser, when a Blue Neos top dropped, but the bonus pot is 10 attack.
How much could I get from a hidden pot 10 attack Blue Neos?

More like 30m. Not lying.
10 ATK =/= 5% STR.
5% STR will be better or worse depending on the situation.
+12 ATK on Shoes for 300m is a hella good deal, that's someone ripping themselves off.
If you keep it hidden, try 250m-300m.
10 atk is worth a lot!

OT: it's sorta worthless unless you're willing to cube it to 6%+ str
200-300m? I guess. Maybe 200m more if you get a 6% str epic pot o.o o.o
