i made 2 rings both 12 matt

and finally got my rank s jewel

You need to spawn them on monster maps within the same level range as you.

why is it that when i use the bell. i get floating rock mobs. and they dont drop anythign at all

You eat the bells, summon the dragon and kill it.
It has a chance of dropping the rings and the belts.

I've already destroyed two rings, and the first and only one I crafted was under average </3
