Do you think it would help if Nexon merged all the worlds into one or two worlds? Just a random thought I had while working on a project.

Do you think it would help if Nexon merged all the worlds into one or two worlds? Just a random thought I had while working on a project.

I would prefer more than simply 2 worlds as training would become a very difficult endeavor with that dense of a populace. But I do think cutting it down to 4 worlds would be a nice breath of fresh air for many less populated servers.
R.I.P. 2x events though, hope you like getting to your map 6 hours early.
I think 3 or 4 worlds would work - 1 or 2 sounds too crowded IMO (unless they increase the number of channels... but I don't know how stable the servers will be, seeing as we already have problems with the current amount of channels/servers </3).
We usually follow suit with KMS and they merged worlds during the 10th anniversary event. If you google "Korean Maple Story Login Screen" you'll see their 9th anniversary event login screen with many different worlds and their 10th anniversary event login screen with 4. I really hope we're getting merged soon because Khaini is a ghost land.

So long as they keep Scania and Bera alone and merge the remaining worlds to have populations that would match...
Simply put, the original 2 servers are just big enough.
Yes it would help... Want an example? Check EMS... Just two worlds there: Kradia and Dementhos.
They had three worlds, but they removed one this week. And everyone seems pretty happy.

Nexon should merge GMS with KMS. It's the only logical option.
