Grinding is actually isnt too bad. However the trouble lies in opening the boxes since it takes so long
I get 100 boxes per 10 minutes at Mutant Snails. Although 100 boxes usually only get me 8-10 coins, it's pretty effective.
Besides that, lots of yut and uno.
@TheBooties: Touche. Although, today my friend told me he farmed 300 boxes and got 30~40 coins, so it's kinda difficult to commonly get them.
@Undexme: Should be from one to three depending on whether you win or lose and on which game
