Is the free Mastary book quest glitched

Is i just me or cant you get your free mastary book from maple adminstrator?
The Quests name is alliance support i think.
And if you can get it please tell me how to

well i sent in a ticket and jiust hope they will do something about it
it's been bugged for a few days now, the results are the same when you try to trade in old mastery books
Bugged.
I'm bugged too, I hope to maintenance will fix it.
