If you didnt get any email then you are not unbanned. Probably you will have to wait for another round, or use live chat on wednesdays 1pm/5pm
Always check junk folder, and try to log in.

i didnt get no email but my ranking returned so i dl'ed the game and i could log on.
5 minutes later i was "banned for misconduct"
