False Basil Sellers
I recently won an auction on basil for 200mil. The seller has not responded to me in game or on basil so far. The seller has put the item I won up for auction again for 250mil. Is there anyway I can report this seller? Has this happened to anyone else in the past?

I would leave negative feedback and screen shot ALL OF THIS so you can get it removed if he gives you negative also.
