World Transfer Galicia To Windia
My cousin bought a world transfer and set it up 3 weeks ago pretty much the day after big bang. He has still not been transfered since I have not seen a regular sever check on tuesdays since big bang. Anyone have info on this? Is this something that anyone has dealt with before?

A while back it would not let my cousin transfer out of galicia at all but now it did allow him to buy the item and use it. He selected Windia and has been waiting for 3 weeks as of today. I also understand about waiting till a server check but 3 weeks is a bit extreme once u are allowed to buy and use the item.
