Need to improve range

I'm level 160 and my range sucks right now. (21K unbuffed)

My equips are:
clean empress hat (epic)
clean empress overall
clean empress boots
10 attack empress gloves
2%dex face accessory
3 attack eye accessory
5 attack pendant
3 attack belt
4 attack shoulder
5 attack medal
9 attack from 3 rings
12%dex 10 attack helisium cape
6%dex 5 attack tempest ring (epic)
3%dex tempest earring (epic)
116 attack bow

Everything has crap 3l rare potential except for the ones that are labeled epic.
I also have a 3l unique pendant and 3l epic belt.

I have 2B and 35 cubes/10 potential locks to spend and cube, and I'm planning on using the cubes during the double miracle time event.

What's the best I can do with the money and cubes to boost my range?
