i relogged 5 times, and didn't get the quest

The first quest is glitched for my bucc for some reason. The quest where you kill 7 black wing bunnies. I killed them, but they won't count toward my quest. I tried ccing, relogging, restarting game, and letting the time expire inside. What's worse is that you can't forfeit this quest.

oh ic, well your best bet is to go to sky terrace V and go through the portal there. thats where i found starling

That's the old quest. They revamped it yesterday.

When I talk to Crow, he just says he's busy and there's no option for a quest.

the the light bulb on the left on the game the quest should be there
