Which job has the strongest damage with the least amount of funding? Just came back because I really miss playing maplestory, PLUS IT'S SUMMER FOR ME!

that's not a factor, its about skills, skill %, and cost of gears.

Int and Dex users are probably the only real options if you want the highest amount of dmg dealt with the funds you have. Marksman, Bow master, Wind archer, Evan, Bam, Fire Poison Mage are probably the strongest classes in the game with the least amount of funding.
Marksman, Drks, F/P Arch Mage, NLs
But in reality, you're going to need some funding to increase your damage regardless of which class you take.
Yeah, it didn't work out.
