If you only been banned on your account once then there is a high chance of getting a second chance. The only problem is the wait for nexon to read your ticket.
I got unbanned before long time ago saying I got a second chance. And again recently saying the same thing.

All of them, lol. And I've been banned loads of times.

I got unbanned and I actually broke the ToS so I was pretty happy

I am living proof of my account getting unbanned.
