Yes, I know, only like 5% of level 70+ resistances have the ring, and nexon is too lazy to fix it
You dont have to do the quest to get the ring....
it suppose to be automatically upon level 70 which most of us were jewed over
Side Effects include: nausea and diharrea. If you have an Erec***n lasting for 4 hours or longer, you should speak to your doctor.
But really, I havent had any problems with anything except I cant get the ring
